All players must be registered with their state associations and have current medical release forms and player cards. Teams are FROZEN at check-in. Players cannot play on more than one team in any one age bracket with a maximum of two teams in the tournament.  Teams must have an adult coach or team manager on the sidelines.   See all tournament Rules.
